Our factory occupies an area of 30000m2 with total fixed capital USD15millions, which is the largest production base in China, Xili integrates designing, manufaturing and marketing altogether. Having more than decades of experience in production of blowing-filling-capping combiblock machines, PET bottle blowing machine, filling machine ect. Successfully manufacture of the first semi-automatic blow molding machine that the infrared lamp heating and pneumatic & hydraulic clamping technology is adopted.
2001
Development and design of the first automatic rotary bottle blowing machine in china..
2004
Dedicated our R& D to the production of simple structured, stable and energy-saving linear bottle blowing machines.
2007
As the first manufacturer in China to launch the PET can blowing machine(Model XLC-06C), we become the designated supplier of Guangliang Group.
2012
Successfully launched the first linear Combi-block of 15,000 BPH, and we built the first rotary blowing machine to the cavity capacity of which is up to 2,000 BPH each. From this year, we became the complete turnkey line solutions supplier based on linear combi-block machines.
2011
XLB-16CF linear blow molding machine got the national patent as the first case in this industry, and in this year, we started to develop rotary blowing machines.
2009
We issued the biggest capacity linear blowing machine(model: XLB-16CF) and the output is up to 22,000 BPH.
2008
The launch of our biggest linear bottle blowing machine(model: XLB-12CF), capacity up to 15,000 BPH, and we built a long term relationship with famous brands like Coca-Cola, palm group,C'estbon, Nice, Kerry group and other large enterprises.
2023
2023,launched the first set of high-speed 24000bph rotary blow molding machine for hot fill bottle with 90° and it stably running at the customer site.
2021
2021,It successfully launched domestic high-speed bottle blowing equipment and mold manufacturing with rear handle,which was recognized and used by Laoshan Mineral Water and Donggu Condiment Company.
2019
2019,Novel PET full-automatic rotary heating linear bottle blowing machine,high-efficiency section with theoretical 2400bph/cavity,Suitable for production lines with output below 15000bph.
2018
2018,All kinds of oil filler have been approved for use by more than 15 enterprises under Yihai Kerry Group domestic China.
2013
Successfully launched the 36,000 BPH rotary Combi-block and put it into use in customer's plant.
2014
The rotary Combi-block of 36,000 BPH was displayed in 2014 Beijing Beer & Beverage Exhibition(CBB), and got high recognition from customers.
2015
Several sets of complete lines that consist of rotary Combi-block are put into use customers facilities and all the lines are highly praised by our customers.
2016
Successfully launched the servo rotary stretch blowing molding machine, with its single capacity reaching 2,200--2,400 BPH, which was displayed on the 2016 Shanghai Beer & Beverage (CBB).
2017
Successfully developed a PET 10L-20L blowing-filling-capping machine, and the total output was 3500BPH and delivery to NongFu Spring.
