The blowing technology is the latest in the world industry to adopt Servo motor control system. This machine combined with the main blowing unit, heating oven, auto preform feeder and servo motor control system. The production practice proved it works less energy saving, more simple operation and more easy bottle changes parts adjustment. Meanwhile, the less operation obstacles, low noisy and durable life are another special features. It performs in high automatic, reliable, high efficiency and safety to improve the production cost advantage.

1) Preform conveyor equipped with sliding wheels, precise orientation, stable and reliable

2) Operation panel by touch LCD, friendly interface and easy operation

3) Laytered preform heating system, easy temperature regulation, uniform heating effect to improve blow moulding result to thr utmost.

4) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine . 
 

The XLR series are widely used for make PET boltle for drinking water, carbonated soft drink, juice, pharmacy, food...ect.
