Condiment Bottle/Glass Bottle Filler
Guangzhou Xili condiment bottle/glass bottle filling machine is designed and manufactured by itself using the principle of gravity or normal pressure filling/hot filling; filling valves are used for filling rice wine, soy sauce, vinegar and other materials at room and high temperature; 316L material is used for the contact part with materials; it has perfect CIP cleaning function; the height of the main machine can be adjusted automatically. It is suitable for packaging bottles of different heights, equipped with high base protection device, and adopts the supporting structure of rotary bearings. It is convenient for maintenance and stable for operation.
Technical characteristics:
1. Normal pressure filling mode and unique filling valve structure make the liquid flow smooth and avoid foaming.
2. Pressure filling method, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level positioning;
3. Guide rod alignment;
4. Mechanical lifting structure with buffer mechanism;
5. None bottle not filling, bottle shortage will stop feeding, auto run or stop according to the outlet condition ;
6. Feeding and reflux automatic control, filling tank level using proportioner controled, temperature fluctuation is small;
7. Integral combined transmission has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, long service life and convenient maintenance.
8. Automatic centralized lubrication;
9. Frequency inverter control, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation;
10. Integral bottle guide plate, quick and convenient changing over of bottle type;
11. Siemens PLC automatic control, fault online display;
12. Imported brands are used for key components and electrical components.
13. Bottle rinsing machine and capping machine can be selected as one machine with compact mechanism.
